Scope and Contents The faculty papers of A. Allan Schmid contain notes, correspondence, and reports regarding the Army Corps of Engineers Planning, Programming, and Budgeting system. Also included are personal correspondence, notes, conference papers, and articles regarding institutional economics. Reviews and commentary on Schmid's 1978 book "Property, Power, and Public Choice," and course materials for Agricultural Economics 800, 810, 811, and 911 are part of the collection.
